We, at Bridgman Oil Company Inc., feel that customer service is the most important thing there is because without the customers we are nothing.
We try to accommodate everyone's specific needs. We have all types of customers; from the ones that want their tanks kept full to the ones that call in when they need a product. Call-in customers usually get their order in the same day, at peak times it may be the next day. We try to incorporate the call-in customers with our keep-full customers so that there are no extra trips involved. As with anything, this does not always happen.
Unfortunately, with the increased demands from the insurance companies we do not accept any more will-call customers for propane. Propane customers are on a keep-fill basis. This is more convenient for our customers and us because when the driver is in the area he can decide whether or not the tanks need to be filled. Our customers can rest knowing they will not be without propane. |
